Magnolia was founded by Mike and Steve Youssef. The
brothers decided to take the family
business to a higher level. Magnolia is a company that focuses on
families and attributes much of its success to the owners' accessibility
to their clients. The company is a member of the Greater Atlanta
Home Builders Association.
Mike Youssef holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and a Master's degree in Business and Administration from St. Louis University. He is also a registered Professional Engineer with the State of Georgia. Steve Youssef studied in Geneva, Switzerland and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a minor in Marketing from Webster University. He is also a licensed private pilot. Steve has been in the building industry for over ten years. The company remains small, by choice, building 60 to 70 homes a year. Keeping the business small allows a much closer, one-on-one relationship with its clients. The brothers are concerned about fulfilling the wishes and needs of their homebuyers. Magnolia has become successful by meeting the needs of potential homeowners seeking to work with professionals who provide quality and integrity. |
